I really like it. It feels different, and also not different at all. I really like being able to say “my husband” and hearing Chiv say “my wife.” I also really like seeing our rings. And it was so nice having a bunch of friends and family together at the wedding. It’s silly, but I feel a little bit more grown up? And I think about what I want to do with my life more. I don’t feel like I’m just drifting along anymore. I feel like, if we were unable to get married, we would still be just as happy and in love and secure — but it’s just nice, and it’s hard to eloquently describe why.
